Miller 2020

It was one of those chilly fall days when we met up for this socially distanced photo shoot.  In this time of Covid the rules have sure changed. Photos in masks, maintaining distance, etc. But still we managed to meet up to commemorate 2020 with a great photo shoot. These grandparents are truly the sweetest wanting to capture some precious memories with their beloved grandsons.

Dixon Family

It's not often that you can say you met someone on an owl walk, but that is exactly how I happened to meet this mom. A local bird shop offered evening walks along a trail with a nature guide and it was along this trail in almost pitch black darkness that this mom and I chatted about photography years ago. So it was quite a delight when she contacted me about creating a photo shoot for her family. And boy, did this family chose a beautiful fall day with amazing color for their photo shoot. We truly were blessed with some gorgeous backgrounds for their lovely family.

Dayton 2020

This was one of those amazing fall days where you can truly appreciate the beauty of God's creation.  This very lovely family and I met up to capture the love this special bunch shares. They even included their new sweet little puppy. Even the teeny dog was an awesome photography subject!

Playtime in early fall

It was starting to feel like fall when I met up with this adorable family to capture this moment in time. I think the thing I will remember from this particular shoot is just how much this little guy reminds me of my own sweet now adult age son.... inquisitive, attentive, playful, and definitely comfortable interacting with adults. This little guy is at that amazing age where he still loves his bears and dinos but is also interested in real construction tools and applications. He has lots of questions and is ready to take on the world. I can't wait to see what God has in store for this guy!

Teat Family

It was a warm and crazy kind of morning in this family's amazing backyard. I think they just might be professional gardeners because our setting was spectacular. And as typical with a bunch of cousins it was a silly time with lots of giggles, promises of popsicles and many smiles. Thanks for a fun morning to this bunch.

Ross Family 2020

Chin

So in the midst of Covid-19 I was able to meet up with this very sweet family and capture a fun family photo session. Usually I'm that photographer that is quick to adjust hair or physically move a pose to be perfect but this bunch had it all together.  No help in posing needed : ).  They are a photographer's dream. What a treat to work with kids like these.  I love how this crew loves each other.  You can just tell they have a close bond with their kids.  Love that. Thanks for a fun morning!!
