Dunning

This family may just be cuteness overload.  I photographed their sweet family just a little over a year ago and now, flash forward, we have a new arrival.  Scratch that... new arrivals (plural).  This family has been blessed with twins!  I was overjoyed to hear their news and thrilled to be able to meet these little ones and capture a few precious images from their beginning weeks of life.  Below are a few of my favorites.

Fall in Charlotte

Fall in the south is simply amazing.  I don't think I fully appreciated the idea of fall color until we moved here to Charlotte.  This is truly my favorite season!!!

Thompson

So a big change has happened since the last time I met up with this adorable family.... they went from a family of 3 to a family of 4!  As a matter of fact the last time we met up part of our session I photographed teeny little red shoes for the baby girl they were expecting.  What a joy it was to meet this little one this time around.
We spent a lovely morning at a local park here in Charlotte that was showing fall color in all it's glory.  This is such a nice time for a photo session and the color didn't disappoint.  Here are a few of my favorites from my session with this sweet family.

Trombone

Today I had the great pleasure of hanging out with this very talented senior taking photographs of him and his trombone.  I love it that this kid has found a passion for music and wants to go further with his musical career.  All the best to him in all his endeavors!

The Ross Family

This sweet family and I have gotten together for a few sessions and each one has just been so different.  One of the fun things that was different this time was the addition of cowboy boots.  I love it!  They recently spent extended time in Texas and it's neat how they took on part of the state in their identity too.  We also added in some of grandparents and cousins too.  Such a fun bunch!

At the farm

My family and I had the most amazing day at my friend's farm.  This is a new friend that I met at bible study (side note: if you haven't found a bible study you love really consider looking for one.  It's so neat to find fellow sisters-in-Christ!!!).  The very first day I met Miriam she shared about having chickens and graciously invited us to come and see her coop.  Have I mentioned that my son and I are building a coop ourselves?  Little did I realize what an amazing place Miriam calls home.  Here are just a few images from my visit with Miriam and her sweet husband, Bill....

The Knotts Family

Fall color has hit big in Charlotte recently.  I spent an amazing fall afternoon with this very sweet family at one of my favorite parks in fall.  And boy, were we lucky with the timing.  The trees are beautiful and were the perfect backdrop for this beautiful family's images.  These three kiddos are just too cute.  Take a look below at my faves from our time together.  What a lovely family!

Berger Family

Oh my goodness... this family is such a hoot.  I love their attitude and spunk.  I left our session smiling and thinking of the fun we had with their sweet little boy and walking up and down their street.  I hope you enjoy their images as much as I enjoyed taking them...
